Effective group interactions – in person and online.

We work with you as neutral third parties and process experts before, during and after your group sessions, to help you achieve the outcomes you need.

Before: Design

As a general rule, at least 50% of a facilitator's job happens before the group ever comes together. We work with you to set clear goals and objectives, and to design an agenda to achieve them.

During: Facilitation

We facilitate effective processes that enable groups to provide input, develop solutions, create plans, or make decisions. We guide the group through the meeting agenda, managing participation, time, and outputs so you can focus on the content.

After: Reporting

We meet with you after the session to discuss lessons learned and next steps. We can also prepare a report of the session so you have a useful record of what was discussed and decided.
